Service Description

The Objective To provide a playful and rewarding experience for the caregiver that utilizes the core principles of improv to gain a deeper insight on effective communicating and interacting with their loved one, while practicing and finding the joy in the unexpected. Goals - To instill a sense of preparation and confidence in the unexpected, while encouraging adaptability and flexibility. - To promote self-expression as a form of self-care - To expand the participants repertoire with which they interact with their loved one. - To instill the importance of active and empathetic listening, as well as support and broaden horizons. - To provide caregivers with a newfound joy and connection between themselves and their recipient of care, and transform their negative perspectives into positive appreciative moments. - To provide a clear easy-to-follow guide of the improv principles Workshop/Masterclass Course Outline Over a 60- 90 minute class, caregivers will be taught the fundamentals of improvisation through fun and energizing games that that allow them to play, let-loose, and reinvigorate ourselves with new meaningful connections.
